El Castanyer (Chestnut Embutido)

Chestnuts harvested in Australia, October through to March are used in this farm-yard embutido (smallgood), along with Spanish glazed chestnuts. This unique blend gives El Castanyer a sweet nutty flavour, complimenting the natural sweetness of the cured pork.
